Gavro Automotive is an assembly and sequencing company. We are a family business which originated from Gavro Freight Intentional. Our experience from GFI curbed the way of doing business. This will help us to provide the best service for our partners. Gavro Freight is in business since 2001 and it became a recognized firm for transportation. We will use that knowledge and experience to continue to thrive in excellence and continue to improve our service.

SEQUENCE
The essence of automotive sequencing is for suppliers to deliver parts to the manufacturers just in time, and in the proper build sequence, as requested by the customers. Generally, sequencing maximizes manufacturer’s floor space, decreases the time a consumer waits for their new vehicle, and reduces the inventory levels being carried by manufacturer and supplier.
Sequencing covers several components including doors, quarter panels, overhead systems, seats, wheels, glass, bumpers, exhaust systems, axles, and even engines.
Sequencing optimizes production efficiency while also reducing waste and parts storage space.
ASSEMBLY
This is a manufacturing process that allows products to be mass-produced in a cost-effective manner. This process is used across many industries but is most certainly associated with the automotive world.
An assembly line is a production process that divides up the labor process. It breaks up the manufacture of a good into steps that are completed in a pre-defined sequence. Assembly lines are the most commonly used method in the mass production of products.
